Three-rider grid rows for all classes amongst changes announced by FIM

Following a meeting in Madrid on Thursday there was confirmation of a four-session weekend for the 2011 season, as well as a switch to three riders per line on the starting grid for all classes. Rules for the new Moto3 category to be applied in 2012 were also verified.
