British Touring Car Championship chief Alan Gow says the introduction of the Next Generation Touring Car rules will make this year's series the best since the championship's Super Touring heyday in the 1990s. Gow expects at least five fully-fledged NGTC machines in the 2011 field, while many other teams have committed to switching to the turbocharged NGTC engines.
