Why Supercross goes Pink

Why does the 2011 AMA Supercross Series go "Pink" at Round 5 in Anaheim? It's to help raise awareness, and money, for a global movement to end breast cancer forever. Here is an interview with Shasta Johnson to explain more ...

Amanda and Shasta talk about Supercross, The Cure, Cancer, participation, and more

The Susan G. Komen "For the Cure" has a vision. A world without breast cancer. They also have a 'promise': To save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cure.

The Supercross event at Angel Stadium this weekend is one way that the Supercross community, and promoter Feld Motor Sports can help and be involved.

You can participate by visiting www.komenoc.org.

Tickets for the race are available by phone at (714) 634-2000
