KartSport Team Arrow Racing driver Sam Beasley will pilot the GoPro Arrow Karts for the remainder of the 2011 season starting with the Rock Island Grand Prix September 2nd-4th. At the PRI show in Orlando, KartSport will add NASCAR Sprint Cup Series star AJ Allmendinger to the GoPro karting lineup.
“GoPro’s HD HERO’s are incredible products that are a perfect fit for today’s karter,” continued Marks. “Such an easy to use device that captures images and video in HD at up to 60 frames-per-second, and mountable anywhere, should be a part of every karter’s day at the track.”
In addition to title sponsorship of the team, KartSport will offer the karting community a wide range of GoPro cameras, accessories, and support on-site at all of the events on the team’s 2011 calendar.
“We are striving to be the number one karting team in America,” said KartSport president Eric Jones. “Working hard to create value for a sponsor is something that further solidifies the team’s capabilities both on and off the racetrack.” In addition to the Rock Island Grand Prix, KartSport Team Arrow Racing will field the GoPro Arrow Karts at the WKA Finale, RoboPong 200, SKUSA SuperNationals, and the PRI Show in Orlando, FL
